About
My Yellow brick…
I've been told that my first name means "the flow of water" don't ask me how true that statement is, all evidence otherwise suggests it ..has no meaning. However I attached that meaning to a quote Bruce Lee once made about water; https://youtu.be/cJMwBwFj5nQ its ever adapting, ever changing nature.....
My life story, then & now, would sound rough, heartbreaking and sadly relative to most. My father left when I was three, took all the furniture too, in the dead of winter. I was abused as a child on top of being very sickly and accident prone. In addition to a few near death experiences, my Brother died on thanksgiving and my Mother the day after Christmas and as devastating as all those things were I always managed to see the silver lining in all things. My guess, I would have to call that one of my super powers.
Experiencing all this, you could imagine, took a toll on me. But truthfully honestly life goes on it really does and I couldn't let my dreams die with those I'd lost. As a kid I remember always wanting to be someone else, to be something more, more than I was. I loved, and still do, evoking an emotional reaction from people I feed off it. Inevitably it led me to a deep seeded love for film and all its inner workings and eventually it wrapped me up in a tight little bow and placed me at the doorstep of acting. A week after my mothers funeral I enrolled in acting school. It took a whole lot to keep it together but then my emotions became my refuge and the very catalyst to my every performance (talk about a silver lining).
Continuing on this journey I realize I have been trying to bridge a gap that I have been trying to cross without an actual bridge. So I created this platform, in order to gain the attention of all those looking for an impressive talent..
